Permanent Account & Data Deletion
In accordance with Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and international privacy standards, Dagu enables all users to request permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data.
Important Information Before You Proceed
- What is permanently deleted: Profile details, learning history, streaks, points, AI tutor chat logs, assessment records, and custom bookmarks.
- What may be retained: Non-personally identifiable billing transaction records and telebirr/C2B payment receipts are retained strictly as required by Ethiopian statutory tax and financial audit laws.
- Processing timeframe: Account deletion requests submitted through this portal are verified and permanently fulfilled within 7 to 30 calendar days.
- Irreversibility: Once processed, account progress and earned rewards cannot be recovered.
